How it works

Add the people you're buying for and your budget, then fill in gifts and orders as the season goes. The dashboard, per-person totals and budget update on their own. It comes filled with a sample family's season so you can see how it works, and the guide shows which cells to clear.

• Works in Excel 2016 or newer (Windows or Mac), Microsoft 365 and Google Sheets. No macros or add-ins. Formula cells are locked without a password so they don't get typed over; the cells you fill in are white.
• To use it in Google Sheets, upload the file to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets and choose File > Save as Google Sheets. It works in the Google Sheets phone app too.

This is a digital download. Nothing is shipped. After you buy, the files are on your Etsy Purchases page (or in the Payhip download email).
