Monthly Virtue Challenges
Positive psychology has in recent years affirmed the age old teachings of the importance of virtue in the process of living out a flourishing life. In these monthly virtue challenges you will find a set of 12 foundational virtues that will encourage not only your personal growth, but have lasting impacts on the relationships in your life. Each virtue challenge is part of the Snowrose Blossom newsletter and will be sent a few days in advance of the start of the month to give you time to prepare. It is recommended that you take time with each virtue and decide one particular action or set of actions you intend to focus on that month. Each virtue was also chosen through the inspiration of the monthly devotions of the Catholic Church.
