This Guided Laughter Meditation utilizes listening to laughing sounds, this technique will generate a great desire of laughing, and you can laugh alone, (please wear headphones to enhance your experience).


The laughter session will reduce stress and promote relaxation throughout your body. By taking this moment to let go of fear and stress, you free your mind and usher in joy and peace.


Love yourself by giving yourself this moment. Remember that your well-being is a priority.

Find a position that feels comfortable to you. Gently close your eyes or allow them to softly focus on the ground ahead of you. Let yourself become as comfortable and relaxed as possible.


Begin with a deep breath in through your nose, hold it for a couple seconds, and then slowly release your breath through your mouth. Keep breathing in this way, If your mind is distracted, focus it by thinking “I love myself” while breathing in. As you exhale, allow your mind to release any thoughts that come and acknowledge any fear or stress you feel, and then return to thinking and feeling “I love myself” as you inhale. Just continue this process while embracing love.


Start listening to the laughter sounds, and Let a smile begin to form as you continue to breathe slowly and deeply.


Now allow a gentle giggle to arise with your exhale, HAHAHA, just repeat same as the laughter sound you are listening.


Continue breathing deeply and let your laughter continues to increase, Relax into your unconditional laughter. If you notice your mind straying, gently think “I love myself” as you breathe in and breathe out with laughter. Feel love as you do this.

Keep laughing and be present in this beautiful, healing moment that you chose to give yourself.

 

Gradually start to slow your laughter back to a gentle giggle. Feel the tension in your body melt away as you calm your laughter.

 

Relax your laughter into a soft smile. Continue to breathe deeply. As you breathe in, allow yourself to feel deep love for yourself. As you exhale, feel gratitude for this taking this moment to let go.
