What do we mean by veeners?

Veeners are small covers that are placed over the front (visible) part of the tooth. They look like natural teeth.

Veneers are attached to the front of the tooth to change the look of a smile. They are often used to repair teeth that are bright, worn, cracked, misaligned, or irregularly shaped. To use veneer, your dentist will need to shave about 1/2 millimeter of your tooth enamel. This ensures that the veneer fits well and does not look too big. After that, the veneer is permanently fastened to the teeth.
