What To Expect
This course has been designed to assist learners in their journey to understand the law of tort for negligence, the essential elements of duty of care and how it has been developed including breach of duty and causation as well as remedies.
Alongside a pre recorded audio with a law tutor you will receive a power point presentation you will also often be provided with Q&A and additional study resources to help support your learning. You can study when you like to fit this in around your busy schedule.

· Public policy in negligence and psychiatric harm

· Remoteness of harm (Legal causation)
