The Radiance Reset- Tazarotene Cream 0.1%

Tazarotene Cream 0.1% is a prescription-strength retinoid derived from vitamin A commonly used to help treat acne, improve skin cell turnover, reduce clogged pores, smooth rough texture, and improve the appearance of hyperpigmentation and signs of photoaging such as fine lines and uneven skin tone. Apply a thin, pea-sized amount to clean, completely dry skin once daily in the evening, avoiding the eyes, lips, and broken or irritated skin. Because Tazarotene is potent, many users start 2–3 nights weekly and gradually increase use as tolerated to minimize redness, peeling, or dryness. Moisturizer may help reduce irritation, and daily sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) is strongly recommended since the skin becomes more sensitive to sunlight during use.
