THE RENOVATION LEDGER - FULL ORIGINAL BUDGET SPREADSHEET

INHABIT HOME

by the Reno Gals

The renovation budgeting spreadsheet we've built, we use and have refined across six homes over 10 years.

Now you can have access to it too and we can't wait to share it!

It's changed a lot over that time. Categories we didn't think we'd need or would forget to budget for are added in for you.

Calculators we added after one too many trips back to the tile shop and landscaping yard.

A dedicated page that quietly tells you if a project is about to cost more than it's worth, because we learned that lesson the hard way so you don't have to.

This is the version we are currently using for our latest project.

Yes, you could create a DIY Excel spreadsheet too, but for a saving of $39 why would you spend hours and hours doing it yourself?

It's a proper Excel workbook, not a locked-down PDF or a one-page template that looks nice and is overwhelming to use. You can open it, edit it, add your own rows, make it yours but with great bones to get your renovation started and formulas set up to make budgeting easy.

Inside, you'll find:

• A whole-project budget planner that totals everything as you go.
• Separate pages for Kitchen, Bathroom, Laundry, and Outdoor, so the detail doesn't get lost.
• A purchase and all-in cost check, so you always know where you really stand
• Built-in tile, turf, and mulch calculators — with the formulas already done for you
• A page of tips and tricks we wish someone had handed us before our first renovation
• No tech skills needed. If you can type a number into a box, you can use this.

LAUNCHING PRICE @ A$39

The cost is because it's had hours and hours poured into it and has been reviewed by 2 accountants and a lawyer. It's the same file we open every day while documenting our dollar spend on house six.

You can use it on multiple projects too! - Buy once, use forever!

We hope it helps you the way it's helped us.
