What's left is the version we are currently using for our latest project, so we thought we'd share it.

It's a proper Excel workbook, not a locked-down PDF or a one-page template that looks nice and is overwhelming to use. You can open it, edit it, add your own rows, make it yours but with great bones to get your renovation started and formulas set up to make budgeting easy.
