PHASE 2 PRENATAL Program (Gym Based)


This program is my exact pregnancy training program. I would encourage following for 6-8 weeks before moving onto PHASE 2.


This program incorporates a 3-day gym training program, consisting of 3 x full body workouts. This program is dedicated to PREGNANCY training - workouts that are low intensity, with a focus on movement, as opposed to being strength/fitness focused.


The goal with this program is to provide an avenue for movement. Training during pregnancy is for the MIND.


This program is suited to those with prior strength training experience. I wouldn’t recommend starting if you’ve never training beforehand.
