Prenatal Online Yoga Course

2 x 45mins classes

I have chosen to offer these classes, in addition to in person classes at The Yoga Barn, South Cave, to move at your own pace, in your own space, and at times that suit you best and for when I am not available in person.

 

Each class includes relaxation and pranayama (breathing techniques) to help during labour and asana (physical movements and poses) to help relieve common pregnancy ailments whilst strengthening the body and increasing flexibility. You will leave feeling calm and relaxed – bliss!

 

Yoga during pregnancy has been shown to:

• Boost energy levels

• Cultivate breathing techniques

• Empower women to have a conscious birthing experience

• Relieve stress and anxiety

• Strengthen birthing muscles

• Promote relaxation and restful sleep

• Keep the body supple

• Relieve lower back pain

• Relieve swollen joints, heartburn and constipation

• Promote an active birth


  • Suitable for those who are at least 12 weeks pregnant.
  • No yoga experience necessary.
  • By taking part in these online prenatal yoga classes, you agree to practice at your own pace and take personal responsibility for your wellbeing throughout.
