Meet Your Coach, Imani Adrea
I’m Imani Adrea — founder of Shine Studios, content creator, author, and Confidence + Performance Coach. I’m also an opportunity matchmaker: I connect good people with great opportunities through the power of content creation.
My storytelling journey began at six under the guidance of my grandfather, master storyteller: Stanley “Bunjo” Butler, a past President of the National Association of Black Storytellers. Storytelling is part of my family’s legacy, and that foundation continues to shape how i connect with audiences today.
As a John Maxwell-certified coach, trainer, and speaker, I bring experiences from the stage, television, and digital media. I placed in the top 30 of “The Great American Speak Off” from a field of approximately 29,000 entrants. I’ve appeared on TMZ Live more than 20 times and been selected as Viewers Choice more than 10 times. My honors include Miss Congeniality, Miss Gold, and Miss African Student Association.
I also have won 1st place at Howard University Oratorical Speaking competition.
My experience includes coaching others as they prepare for competitions — helping them develop their confidence, strengthen their performance, and share what makes them memorable. I bring that same attention to your voice, your story, and what you want to communicate.
During ‘Let’s Make Magic’, we’ll explore what you carry, find clearer words for your message, and identify a meaningful next step — wether you’re preparing to create content, speak on camera, or share your story on stage.

Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable, except where required by law. Your payment covers my time, attention, and personalized guidance during our 40-minute session. Specific results are not guaranteed.

How does appointment scheduling work?
After completing your purchase, log into your pay hip coaching account and open “Lets Make Magic Session”. You’ll find the calendar there to choose an available date and time for your 40-minute video session.
Please use the same email address you used at checkout, and check the time zone displayed on the calendar before confirming your appointment. Your appointment confirmation will include the details for joining our video call.
Your session is paid for through Payhip — you won’t need to pay again when selecting your appointment time.
