Fast, Cheap & Confident — Senior Nutrition Program Kit: Site License for Senior Programs
A printable cookbook, planning, and activity library for one senior site — with a program your staff can actually run.
The Senior Nutrition Program Kit is the premium tier of the "Fast, Cheap & Confident" site license. It includes everything in the Community Kitchen & Wellness Toolkit ($499/site/year) and adds a staff-led activity program, an expanded large-print shelf, the portal sequencing layer, and quarterly material across the year — for $999 per site for 12 months, which is $500 a year more than the base license.
EVERYTHING IN THE $499 TOOLKIT IS INCLUDED
• The Senior Bundle — seven large-print and senior-friendly books in one PDF: Large-Print Book 1, Large-Print Thanksgiving, Large-Print Christmas, Large-Print Slow Cooker, Large-Print Air Fryer, Large-Print Puzzle Book, and The Coloring Cookbook
• Dinner Rescue — the 20-staple, 5-ingredient, 30-minute weeknight dinner system (15 dinners)
• Freezer-to-Table — freezer-bag dinners and a thaw & cook chart
• The Low-Friction Planner — a simple planning system for meals, appointments, and routines
• Strong at Any Age — a gentle fitness guide for older adults and beginners
• Simple Budget Planner (spreadsheet) + Savings Challenges — household money tools that sit alongside the food material
• The license guide covering what your staff may print and run at your site — plus a Start Here & premium license supplement that walks through the whole kit and states your $999 terms in one place
PLUS 1 — THE DINNER RESCUE CHALLENGE, AS A STAFF-RUN ACTIVITY PROGRAM
A buyer-facing staff guide that adapts the five-day Dinner Rescue Challenge (Black Bean & Cheese Quesadillas · Turkey Taco Skillet · Peanut Noodles with Broccoli · Sausage & Pepper Pasta · Chicken Fajita Skillet) into senior-site programming:
• Named staff roles and a five-day schedule — run it across one week or one day a week for five weeks
• Print-first participation: printed handouts and participation slips are the record; photos are optional, never required, and no participant needs a phone. Large-print handouts for all five days, a stock-list check sheet, participation slips, and a finisher certificate are printed at the back of the guide
• No kitchen required: every day has a complete discussion/demonstration version for sites that cannot cook
• Allergy and food-safety cautions for each day, including the peanut day, and recognition for finishers with no prizes and no promises
• Accessibility built in: large-print handouts, read-aloud steps, seated participation throughout
PLUS 2 — THE EXPANDED LARGE-PRINT SHELF
The Senior Complete Shelf (401 pages, one PDF; its components total $104 bought separately).
Stated honestly: the Shelf's first seven books are the same seven books as the Senior Bundle above — they are not new here. What the Shelf adds is:
• Large-Print Cooking for One ($12 bought separately)
• Large-Print Diabetic-Friendly ($12 bought separately) — general information, not medical advice
• The San Antonio Senior Discount Guide (free)
PLUS 3 — THE PORTAL SEQUENCING LAYER
The Senior Kitchen Portal documents arrange the Shelf's books into a guided order of 11 modules, so your staff can run the library as a program instead of a pile of files: a Staff Pack with one session plan per module (the Five-Dinner Challenge is the capstone), and the Portal Layer's module cards to print as per-module handouts. The portal sequences books already in this kit — it adds the guided path, not new books — and it is included in the $999.
PLUS 4 — QUARTERLY DROPS DURING YOUR TERM
Four times across your 12-month term, your site receives an additional drop of recipe and program material assembled from the "Fast, Cheap & Confident" catalog.
Specific drop contents are confirmed with each drop. This listing does not promise particular titles — the drops are drawn from Jerry's existing catalog of cookbooks, calendars, and planners, and each drop's contents are listed in the delivery message when it is sent.
LICENSE TERMS
• Price: $999 — one organization, one site, 12 months from purchase
• Renewal: $999/year, optional — no auto-charge. If you don't renew, nothing is billed and the quarterly drops end with the term.
• Staff and volunteers at the licensed site may print handouts for that site's own participants and run sessions, including the challenge program, at that site
• Files are delivered digitally after purchase (13 files). Quarterly drops are delivered during the term to the buyer's purchase email.
• No resale, no public posting, and no redistribution to other sites or organizations. Additional sites need their own license.
WHICH LICENSE IS RIGHT FOR YOUR SITE?
• $499 — Community Kitchen & Wellness Toolkit: the printable library by itself, for a site whose staff plan their own programming.
• $999 — Senior Nutrition Program Kit (this listing): the same library, plus a ready-to-run staff activity program, the expanded large-print shelf, the portal sequencing layer, and quarterly drops — for a senior site that wants programming, not just files.
The difference is exactly $500/year. If your site only needs the library, buy the $499 license with our blessing — it is the same library.
HONEST NOTE
These are practical, plainly written home materials — cookbooks, planners, and group activities written for tight budgets and first-time cooks, by a San Antonio author. They make no income promises and no health-outcome claims of any kind. The diabetic-friendly content is general information, not medical advice, and this kit is not a medical, dietitian, or clinical nutrition service.
