1. Select a cardboard box that is just big enough to cover the body from under the arms to the hip. The child's body should fit comfortably inside with the legs free. Paint the box as desired.

2. Print the decals and adhere to the box appropriately.

3. Make small holes in the box on the front and back top corners to attach yarn or twine. The string should rest on the child's shoulders and hold the box in place.
