Silent Auction Profit Toolkit: Run a Silent Auction Without Losing Money (Guide + Excel Profit Calculator)
Your silent auction can look like a success and still lose money.
A consigned trip sells right at its floor and the fees come out of your pocket. A wine basket you bought sells for less than you paid. A starting bid set at full value gets no bids at all. And nobody knows the real net until weeks after the event.
The Silent Auction Profit Toolkit fixes the math before the doors open.
It is a step-by-step guide plus an Excel calculator built for volunteer chairs and small-nonprofit staff who run a silent auction without a consultant.

About the Author
Rhonda Lamoureux has spent her career on the money side of doing good. As a business owner and nonprofit leader, she has worked in operations, fundraising, and executive leadership. She managed the finances of a $20 million membership organization, whose foundation ran its fundraising.
From that seat, she watched the foundation pour time and money into golf tournaments that lost money. Volunteers worked hard, the day looked like a success, and the numbers told a different story. That stuck with her. Every fundraiser runs on people's time and on a mission that needs every dollar to count.
Silent auctions can fall into the same trap. Rhonda created this toolkit to give event teams the financial lens she wished those tournaments had, so they can plan with confidence and see what actually comes back to the cause.
Today, Rhonda is a CEO. In her off hours she works as an executive and spiritual coach, helping leaders make clear, grounded decisions. She believes good stewardship is a form of service, and she wants every nonprofit that uses this toolkit to finish its event stronger than it started.
