Smart Views — Pre-configured filters showing Best Performers (>70%), Lagging Performers (<60%), and upcoming deadlines

How to Use This System

1. Capture Ideas — Add content ideas to the Ideas Backlog with their pillar and initial concept

2. Plan Content — Move ideas to Content Production, set deadlines, assign channels, and define content goals

3. Produce — Track progress through production stages: Idea → Planned → Drafting → Editing → Reviewing → Ready → Published

4. Publish & Track — Add publication date, then input performance metrics (Reach, Engagement, Engagement Rate)

5. Analyze Performance — Review your Score % to identify top performers for repurposing and underperformers for optimization

6. Iterate — Use Post-Publication Insights to document learnings and plan reuse strategies

Performance Scoring

Your content is automatically scored based on the goal you set. Each goal has different scoring thresholds optimized for that objective. Content scoring above 70% appears in Best Performers, while content below 60% appears in Lagging Performers for review.
