Affordable approach to improving health
Not everyone is concerned with how much weight they can lift or how fast they can run a race, and that is ok. With this plan, we cater towards those that simply just want to improve their health. This can entail some behavior change to regularly meet the physical activity guidelines, and refer to a medical professional when necessary. We will design an exercise plan that meets the physical activity guidelines, and will cater it towards your preferences and time/equipment availability. We will have weekly check ins to track progress, go over challenges that we encountered, and make adjustments as necessary.
