What's inside

Budget allocator by category. Venue, catering, photography, attire, music, flowers, stationery, rings, transport, and honeymoon. Set a total, the sheet splits it across categories based on standard industry ratios. Override any category and the rest auto-adjust.

Vendor comparison tool. List every quote you get for each category, compare prices side by side, capture terms and deposit amounts. Pick the winner and the sheet carries it through to the budget.

Payment schedule and tracker. Deposits, progress payments, and final balances with due dates. A dashboard flags any payment due in the next 14 days so nothing gets missed.

Expense log with running total against budget. Every transaction gets a category, amount, and date.

Visual budget dashboard. Spent vs allocated per category with colour-coded alerts when you're getting close to overspend.

Guest list and RSVP manager. Head count drives the catering and venue numbers, so it lives in the same sheet.

Contingency buffer. Industry standard is 10%. The sheet sets it aside at the top so you can't "accidentally" spend it before the big day.
