New to the game of golf, wanting to start a fitness program, or ready to get back in shape.

Level 1 - Mobility

In this 12-Week program you will receive 2 workouts a week that can be repeated for 4 workouts a week. Workouts will take 20-35 minutes and only require a set of mini-bands and yoga mat. This program is for:

  • Anyone new to fitness
  • Those looking to add more flexibility exercises on top of their strength routine
  • Golfers who want to work on injury prevention
