How to use

1. Excel: unzip the download, then open either .xlsx in Microsoft Excel 2010 or later (Windows or Mac).
2. Google Sheets: upload the file to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets, then choose File → Save as Google Sheets.
3. Start on the Start Here tab. White cells are for your input; grey cells are calculated and locked.

• Tax year 2026: zelfstandigenaftrek €1,200, startersaftrek €2,123, mkb-winstvrijstelling 12.7%, Zvw 4.85%, KOR limit €20,000, hours test 1,225 hours.
• A record-keeping aid, not tax advice. The income-tax figure is an estimate for a single self-employed person without other deductions, allowances or box 2/3 income.
• One person, one eenmanszaak, calendar year, amounts in euro. Mileage rate €0.25/km is editable.
