Ever wanted to work out at the gym but too scared to venture to the weight lifting section?

This is a beginner template of exercises to do at the gym. It consists of 6x PDF documents with a different set of exercises you can do (as pictured).
How to use it?
-Use each set of exercises per gym session.
-Do as much as you can in the time that you have.
-This workout list is not designed to achieve any body goals for you - it's just something to rely on to build confidence at the gym and to stay consistent.
-I have not included any starting weights as this will be very dependent on your starting level. For me, a good starting point was the weight in which I could do 8 repetitions with that weight.
-Start here if you're feeling a little bit shy at the gym!
