You can knit it with whichever ease you like as the sizes are given as finished bust size, so pick the size to get the look & drape you want.
It was designed in For The Love of Yarn beautiful sweet tooth collection the merino/silk just drapes like a ribbon! However this tee will work equally well in any 4ply weight - Imagine it in the yak blend, delicious!

NEEDLES :- 2.75mm, 3.25mm in 12”, 24”, 30” (30, 60,
80cm) cables. Sewing needle, waste yarn & stitch marker.
Tapestry needle, stitch markers if required.
GAUGE : 26sts x 32 rows = 4” with 3.25mm needles
