Storytelling Unit One Week in Length Middle School

This is a 5 day (low prep, print and teach) storytelling unit is most successful with fifth through eighth grade students. Techers with classes in language arts, reading, drama and ESL have used this unit many times. .Students strengthen their writing, listening, speaking skills and having fun doing so!

Note: Many of my most reluctant students do very well with storytelling because it doesn't feel like they are performing. Plus, we all draw closer because we share something about our own life. It's a win-win!
