* Note * Before signing up, know that there are no refunds on digital products. You will need a blender (high-speed is suggested), a dehydrator, the wrap dehydrator trays, a spiralizer or julienne peeler, a mesh metal strainer, and a desire to explore!

Keep in mind that you are more than welcome to skip the recipes requiring a dehydrator (only a few need it - wraps and chilis etc) If you need links to any of these items, they will be listed in the course when you log in so you can prepare if you want to.


Also - before you buy - know that we follow a LOW fat RAW vegan diet that is HIGH carb. We use a lot of variety in our meals. We also do use some "non raw" ingredients like maple syrup, coconut aminos, nuts (yes nuts are pasteurized for sale), and other ingredients. We also use living foods like ferments (miso, apple cider vinegar and other fermented vegetables) so you may see those in many of our recipes.
