This checklist guide focuses on concerns with developmental skills, sensory integration, social skills, behavior, emotional regulation, activities of daily living (ADLs), and primitive reflexes for children ages 3-4 years. Beneficial for preschool teachers and daycare provisors to use as a resource for children having difficulty outside their home environment that may benefit from occupational therapy support for transitions, social skills, development, and sensory needs. Parents with children that previously received birth to 3 services or who did not meet the requirements for services but are still struggling as they get older may benefit. It is a resource that can be used by occupational therapists, OT students, parents, teachers, school counselors, pediatricians, psychologists, speech therapists, ABA's, and other health professionals to determine if a child between the ages of 3-4 years should be referred for an OT evaluation.
