What? This is a sacred yogic science. I will be guiding you through what is called the Shuniya or Zero Point Meditation series that will cleanse your subconscious mind, eliminate your neurosis, limitations & fears and allow you to focus your mind in a much better way. It is essentially a powerful form of self-hypnosis used to cleanse you, rewire your subconscious & make you limitless.

How Long? The masterclass will be between 60-90 minutes.

How can I prepare for the class? Show up in a quiet space, with a good internet connection. Ideally be sitting on sheepskin, wool or wood if possible. (Natural fabrics amplify & balance your electromagnetic field), bring a glass of water, wear comfortable clothing & be prepared to enter into a deep meditative state.
