What This Is

Every morning for thirty days, you open a lesson. Inside is a task, a journal prompt, and a message from me.

The tasks are specific. They escalate. By Day 7 you will have written me a letter you cannot take back. By Day 15 I will give you five minutes of freedom and then take it away. By Day 25 you will know things about yourself that no one else knows.

I am not gentle. I am not fair. But I am precise, I am consistent, and I do not waste your time.

You will need a cage, a padlock, a notebook, and a freezer. I supply everything else.

This is not a book you read. It is a program you live.
