What do you do when you’re 30 years old, newly unemployed, with three kids, another on the way, debt up to your eyeballs, and daily contemplations of self-harm? What happens when on top of that you get served with divorce paperwork? You beat yourself up. Call yourself a failure. A Fraud. A bad father.
