Cosy Cables for Fashionable Accessories.
These are designed to be quick and easy makes which keep you warm and cosy when finished. There is a "Chunky" version and an "Aran" ersion of each pattern.
Although they are all adult sizes, you can use thinner yarn and a smaller hook to make child sizes. I used aran weight yarn and a 4.50mm hook for the chunky Newsboy patterns and the size was perfect for a toddler. The brim can also be adjusted to fit different sized heads.
Materials: 2 balls Sirdar Click (chunky), 1 each for the headband and mitts.
Equipment: 6.00mm hook and a needle for sewing in ends.
Tension: (UK terms) 9 htr and 7 rows to 8 cm
