Fabric Font Ruler & Protractor Color Wheel Paper Sheet paper sheet - letter size ruler 12 Inches and color wheel protractor 360 degrees on letter size paper sheet Ruler: Uniquely marked ruler with my "Fabric Font" used for the number 1 to 12! More colors to come! Each inch mark is noted with a "Fabric Font" number, and all 1/16", 1/8", 1/4", and 1/2" hash marks are located on the top of the ruler. Color Wheel Protractor: 12 colors- 3 primary, 3 secondary, and 6 tertiary colors - divided every 30 degrees, and marked with the "Fabric Font" degree number, on the line, marking it's degree. This helps make it easier to find the right degree number. Please note, that because there are 360 degrees, that means 360 lines going around the circle. If it's any help, every 6 degrees the line is a little thicker, with 5 thinner lines between the thicker lines at 6 degrees. There is also a black and white, and shades of gray version, to save ink, and their will be a legal and legal A4 size pdf printable download version, available as download printables from your device, using your inkjet printer.
I would probably use self laminating sheet, Scotch brand 9x12", 10 sheets per pack at Target, Walmart, or Michaels, with lamination on both sides, print on waterproof sticker paper, use waterproof paper, available online, or use a thermal laminating process to protect both sides of the sheet.

The ruler split in 2, to fit the letter size sheets to print! Split at the 6" mark, with 1/4" tab / seam allowance / flap to right of the first 6" on the left, and to the left on the remaining 2nd half of the ruler with 6'" to 12" marked. Letter size download printables have the ruler split in 2, and can be cut out and taped / connected, to use! Protractor color wheel download printables have all 360 degree marks around the outer edge, with color shift, in 12 colors, at every 30 degree mark, are available in plain font and my "Fabric Font" degree numbers on the protractor, to print, cut out and use, in ruler / protractor color wheel combos and as single items!
