Section 2 Exploration (Days 8–14): Reconnect with what you want, what you value, and what a life that feels right actually looks like for you. Includes the Fulfilment Map, a three-part exercise to help you identify your values, your life satisfaction, and your deepest desires.
Section 3 Alignment (Days 15–21): Turn awareness into action. Identify the small, quiet shifts that move you toward the life you've been uncovering.
Each day includes a journalling prompt, writing space, and a daily affirmation to carry with you.
