Do I need Excel for the trackers? The three trackers are .xlsx files. They open in Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets (after upload), or LibreOffice Calc. Most formulas transfer cleanly.

Can I use just the parts I need rather than the whole workflow? Yes. Many freelancers start with just the welcome pack and income tracker. The Buyer Control Center groups files by stage so you can pick what fits immediately.

Will these work for agency use, not just solo freelancers? Yes. The templates use professional language that works equally well for solo freelancers, small agencies, and contractors.

Will these work on Mac? Yes. All .docx and .xlsx files open in Word for Mac, Pages, Numbers, and LibreOffice.
