Frame Craft is a tool that lets you extract images from videos or animation files at a specified frame interval or time interval (seconds), and also convert videos into animation formats such as GIF / WEBP.

Main Use Cases

• Take screenshots from videos (optional: automatically remove similar/duplicate images)
• Split a video into frames and convert to GIF (supports Pixiv “Ugoira”-compatible output)
• Export the final frame of a video (useful as the starting frame when chaining video generation)
