I Want to Lose 5lbs. Here Is How To Do It.
I am not a nutritionist or a dietician. You will read that I have played the gain and loss game my whole life. As a matter of fact I probably have lost 1,000 pounds in my lifetime in the process; gain a few lose a few. I am a personal trainer and have a pretty good understanding of energy balance. When you take in more calories than you burn, you will gain weight. Take in less calories you will lose weight. My disclaimer is above, I am not a dietician or a nutritionist, I am a 70 year old man and think it’s time we took a look at weight loss through the lens of common sense.
