Short-Term Rental Guest Welcome & House Rules Pack — Check-in, Wi-Fi & Stay Rules (PDF)

Guests message less when the Wi-Fi, trash day, and quiet hours are easy to find. This pack is the welcome they open on arrival — and the scripts you send mid-stay and at checkout.

The Short-Term Rental Guest Welcome & House Rules Pack is a 16-page printable PDF for Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and independent vacation rental hosts worldwide. A welcome letter, check-in and access notes, and a house-rules sheet cover Wi-Fi, parking, trash, and quiet hours. An emergency contacts sheet and a local tips one-pager live in the unit. Mid-stay message scripts and a checkout reminder keep the stay on track. A damage or missing-item note is a practical host message, not a legal claim form and not insurance wording. A host prep checklist gets the listing ready before the next guest. A stay tracker and listing defaults close the pack.

Not a lease and not legal advice. Fill the brackets once per listing. Instant download.
