Attendance Checklist

This product is a simple attendance checklist that maybe edited and printed off as the user sees fit. There is a 1) Basic attendance form and a 2) PAT attendance form (Present, Tardy and Absent.)

Each version of the "Attendance Checklist" has a pdf version for those that like to create binders and a google slide slide version for those techie types out there.

I created these to be easily editable and duplicatable. Feel free to use the product for what works best for you.
