Your teacher

Hi, I'm Aisha sensei. I've been teaching Japanese since 2017, and I'm a certified Japanese language teacher (I passed Japan's national Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test). In this course, I'll show you not just how to write each hiragana, but how to hear and say it correctly from day one.

You'll also meet my little friend Kokoro, whose name means "heart" in Japanese. Kokoro will cheer you on through every lesson!
