What You're Getting

A timed session offering multiple yes/no and timeline questions within a 30-minute window. This reading allows for deeper exploration of related topics or layered questions that build upon one another. This reading can be completed by email, Payhip messaging, voice messages/notes, or by phone call.

Confidentiality and Ethics

• All personal information shared with Saphyre Scriptorium is treated as sacred and confidential. Information will never be shared unless safety is at risk.
• All services are spiritual in nature and intended for personal insight and guidance. Questions regarding pregnancy, serious medical issues, or legal matters cannot be answered. All readings are circumstantial and may shift as choices or external conditions change.
• Any attempt to deceive, manipulate, or act with ill intent toward Saphyre Scriptorium will void the effectiveness of any service or spell performed, and future business will not be permitted.

Scheduling and Completion

General Services (Single-Question and Eligibility Readings):

• These services are completed through email or Payhip messaging. When space allows, they are completed during the same week or weekend of purchase.



Timed Readings (15, 30, and 60-Minute Sessions):

• Timed readings are completed by email or Payhip messaging. When space allows, they are completed during the same week or weekend of purchase.

Appointment Scheduling:

• All scheduling is handled directly through email after purchase. Once a service is purchased, you will receive an email from Saphyre Scriptorium to discuss your appointment preferences based on the available dates and times.
• Your typed email response confirming the chosen date and time serves as the official confirmation of your appointment and locks in your commitment to the paid booking.

Rescheduling, Lateness, and No-Shows

• Rescheduling requires 72 hours (3 days) notice before the scheduled appointment.
• If a reading is scheduled with less than 72 hours between booking and the appointment, it cannot be rescheduled and will need to be rebooked with no refund.
• If you are late to your scheduled reading, the amount of time you are late will be deducted from your session time.
• If you miss your scheduled reading entirely, the service will be considered forfeited and non-refundable.

After Purchase

After checkout, Saphyre Scriptorium will contact the email address used for purchase to schedule the appointment date and time, or to confirm receipt of the question and provide an estimated completion date and time, depending on the service type.

• Contact will be made through email or Payhip chat, unless another method is mutually agreed upon by both Saphyre Scriptorium and you.
• Saphyre Scriptorium operates on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• Available dates and times vary each month.
• All services purchased within a given month will be completed before that monthly cycle ends.
• The 48-hour response window begins when the initial scheduling email is sent. If no reply is received within 48 hours, the service will be considered void and non-refundable.
• The 48-hour rule may be waived in cases of verified emergencies or significant life events.
• Customers are encouraged to check spam or junk folders to ensure the scheduling email is not missed.

Refund Policy

All bookings are final and non-refundable, as each session reserves a space that could otherwise be booked by another customer. Refunds are not issued for missed appointments, late arrivals, or failure to respond to scheduling emails within the 48-hour window. Exceptions may be made only in some cases of verified emergencies or significant life events.
