Erick R At Planet Fitness Was Friendly But Then Cancelled My Black Card Membership

I started my Black Card Spa membership with Planet Fitness located at 175 E 400 S Salt Lake City, Utah 84111, around June of 2025. I didn't have any problems there until around November 2025. The first issue was when I was using the elliptical trainer by the window, facing 400 South and the Washington Park, that was so beautiful to look at, while working out. I noticed a lesbian looking woman that kept walking back and forth watching me from the outside. After I finished my workout, I headed to the shower. As I was undressing, and was practically nude, the lesbian was looking at me. She quickly left. When I was leaving the gym, I did notice Erick R behind the front desk, he's the assistant manager. I started to bring the incident to his attention, but decided not to. I had never talked with Erick R before.

One day in November 2025, as I was leaving the gym, Erick R was behind the front desk by himself. He looked me up and down, concentrating on my vagina area. The next time I came into the gym, he and I started making small talk, and flirting with each other. In January 2026, Erick R bought me a green Matcha drink after my workout. He started hiring young blonde girls to work there. That's when he started looking annoyed at me when I would come to the gym to workout. When I would sign up to use the Spa or Black Card area, Erick R and his blonde girlfriend would refuse to allow me to use the massage chairs. They would lie and say they turned it on, but didn't. I would be in the massage chair, and it would never turn on. When I would go to the front desk to let Erick and the blonde female worker know, Erick R would ignore me, and she would lie and say they turned on the massage chair. Finally one day I confronted Erick R about not letting me use the massage chairs, when I paid the Black Card price. Erick R said to me, if you feel targeted, you should report me to upper management. I knew Javon the manager wasn't going to fire Erick. I also had a feeling that after reporting Erick R to corporate, they would do nothing, and they didn't. Javon and Erick R both cancelled my Black Card Planet Fitness membership worldwide. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a gym.
