You may already be a practicing holistic therapist, yoga instructor, medicial professional, or life coach and wish to offer more to your clients.
Perhaps you are returning to Reiki after a break and wish to refresh your memory. Or you felt that you didn't fully absorb the theory and knowledge from a one day course.
Usui wished for Reiki to be accessible to all, so that it could spread throughout the world.
About the course
This course has been made with a lot of love, care and attention to detail. At Reiki Level 1 you will learn the history of Reiki, how Reiki works, the many benefits of energy healing, the science behind energies, how to self heal with Reiki, and how to share Reiki with family and friends.
The home study approach allows you to spend longer working on the various exercises, before you move on at your own pace. This approach comes a lot closer to the way that Mikao Usui taught, with students taking time to really develop themselves and their practice over an extended period.
My hope is for you to feel confident stepping into the realm of energy work and self healing. The course has been designed to appeal to all learning styles, it is easily accessible and all videos are fully captioned. The information has been broken down into short and managable chapters that you can return to at any time. Work through the course material at your own pace. You can take as much time as you need to absorb all of the teachings and wisdom.
When you feel ready you can schedule your private Distance Attunement with the link provided in the attunement chapter. These traditional Japanese empowerments open the channel through which Reiki flows. Attunement, or Reiju help you to recognise something that is already within you, and this new ability to channel reiki will stay with you forever.
Upon completion of this course you will receive a personalised certificate to print and keep for your records. And you will have gained all of the knowledge required at First Degree in the Usui System of Natural Energy Healing.

My name is Hannah, and I am here as your Reiki guide to share my knowledge of energy healing. I will help you connect to your inner wisdom and unlock your innate ability to heal yourself. I am an experienced holistic therapist and trained educator. I have worked with Reiki for over a decade and during that time I have offered Reiki in various settings. I have worked as a mobile therapist, from a home treatment room, and owned a busy and succesful salon/urban spa. In recent years I have worked soley online providing Distance Reiki. It has been these remote healing sessions that have opened my eyes the most and led me here today to share my knowledge with YOU. If I can learn this, you can too. The energy of Reiki arrives straight from the highest spiritual source and its potential for healing is unlimited.
