What is a Securities Audit?
Most people have never heard of a securities audit, but it's a critical tool for anyone looking to prove fraud in contracts. This audit provides a behind-the-scenes view of private banking and reveals how financial institutions package and sell your contracts, often without your knowledge. All contracts are Securitized and paid off well before you make your last payment. From Mortgages to Auto Loans, to Credit Cards, and Student Loans, I can go on and on. These findings can be pivotal in court proceedings, especially when you're challenging the validity of a debt.
Why You Need This Report:
- Prove Fraud in Contracts: Use this audit to expose discrepancies in how your mortgage, auto loan, or credit card debt was handled by financial institutions.
- Unveil the Private Side of Banking: Learn how your debt has been securitized and sold in secondary markets, often multiple times.
- Leverage in Court: Armed with this report, you can demonstrate that the debt you're being pursued for has likely already been paid off by the sale of the contract itself.
