1. If you wish to use any of the assets that are on these avatars, you will need to purchase/download from the original creators stated.
2. By agreeing to my TOS at checkout you are purchasing a PERSONAL LICENSE. Meaning;
- No uploading for your friends, girl/boyfriend, family; NOBODY BUT YOU.
- No uploading as public or to other accounts. If you changed names on VrChat please send me a DM or update in proof of purchase section of the discord.
- Not allowed to edit and resell/claim as your own; Editing the model itself for personal preferences is OK, but NO selling.
- No Leaking.
3. If you want to gift the model, fill out Gumroad's gift option upon checkout.
4. If used for streaming purposes just credit me!
5. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS; This is a digital product, as it would be highly unfair to request a refund if you cannot digitally return the product back.
