The Woman Behind the Work

I am Saima - Certified Neuroscience Coach and Fitrah Coach for Muslim women.

I created the Fitrah Leadership Method because I spent years pushing through seasons that were asking me to pause.

When I finally understood my cycle - the hormones, the Islamic wisdom within each phase, what my body was actually asking for - everything changed.

The Alignment Session is the work I wish I had access to when I needed it most.

Before Your Session...

Once your application is approved and payment is confirmed, I will be in touch within 24 hours to arrange your session time.

Your session is 90 minutes via Google Meet. There is nothing to prepare. Simply arrive as you are.

Who is this session for?

Muslim women who are carrying something they cannot quite name - a decision, a pattern, a season of life that needs clarity. You do not need to know the Fitrah framework beforehand.

What happens in the session?

You bring one thing. We use the Fitrah framework - your cycle phase, your deen, your innate wisdom - to understand what is happening and find your own way through. I do not tell you what to do. I help you hear what you already know.

Why is there an application?

Because this work is personal and the space is intimate. I want to make sure we are the right fit before we begin.
