A fancy lil hat with banners you can either leave transparent or opaque. Customize your hat with any colors you want, there's literally hundreds of textures. :)

Fully rigged with Head bone, Hat Root, (Don't use that for physbone components, it wont work.) (Use individual strands maybe 1-2 down depending on your preference)
