Do not "double charge" on bases. This means, do not charge for an feature that is included with the base. Example: Charge a fee for flat color and then charge a fee for shaded version.
You may charge for edits done by yourself. Adjust pricing accordingly for your own work. 
Base owners are allowed to use the bases for commissions type works, such as YCHs, adopts, gifts for friends/family. 
Any persons caught violating these rules risk being fully blacklisted from ever purchasing my bases again
