This Project File has 2 different variants of my velocity. (coloring not included but is in my store)

Plug-ins used in the presets = twixtor, bcc, and sapphire.
Velocity 1 - bcc lens blur obs, twixtor, S_HueSatBright
Velocity 2 - bcc directional blur, twixtor, S_HueSatBright
Make sure to put the last keyframe of S_HueSatBright and the blurs on the last keyframe of the clip you applied it to. You can adjust to your liking.
Good for After effects (all versions 2020 and up)
