The Prodigal Son Comes Home
By Kimani Upshur, M.Ed.
A younger son demanded his share, ran to a far country, and wasted everything until empty pockets taught him what home was worth. This retelling of Jesus' parable in Luke 15 follows the long walk home — and the father who ran to meet him, with a robe, a ring, shoes, and a party. It also makes room for the older brother at the door and shows why saying sorry really works. Every chapter ends with a Do or Pray, helping children learn that they can always come home to God.
