Brandon is an experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 4 years of training MMA athletes, including fighters in the UFC. With a track record of 20+ wins and under 4 losses as a coach, he has proven himself in developing high-level fighters who thrive in the cage.
Brandon’s background spans across ultra-running, university wrestling, and combat competition, and he’s accomplished one-of-a-kind strength and endurance record projects. As the owner of BR365 Strength Lab and Valeo Performance Lab, he combines his knowledge in strength training, martial arts, and wellness to help athletes reach their peak potential.
