This notebook consists of 50 x 2 page template to create study notes for up to 50 eye conditions. Contact lenses conditions and fittings notebook

This notebook has 2 different sections. 2 x 40 page template to create notes for 40 contact lens related conditions. Each template includes signs/symptoms, aetiology, management criteria checklist. The next section consists of 2 x 10 page template to make study/revision notes for various types of contact lens fitting techniques for soft and RGP lenses.
