AI Workflow Automation Blueprint for Small Businesses
AI Workflow Automation Blueprint for Small Businesses — A step-by-step blueprint for one real workflow in the buyer's business — for example lead capture to follow-up, inbox triage to reply drafts, or order intake to invoice tracking — built around the tools they already use (such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Google Sheets, or their CRM), with one AI step where it actually helps, such as summarizing a lead or drafting a reply. The buyer builds and connects the workflow themselves from the blueprint; nothing is changed inside their accounts by this service.
Tiers:
Starter — $29, 2 working days: 1 workflow mapped end to end (trigger, steps, tools, and where the AI step sits); a build checklist the buyer can follow in their own tools, plus a "what can go wrong" note for each step; 1 revision round.
Standard — $99, 3 working days: Up to 2 workflows mapped end to end; everything in Starter, plus ready-to-paste prompt and message templates for the AI step, and a weekly maintenance checklist; 2 revision rounds.
Premium — $179, 5 working days: Up to 3 workflows mapped end to end, plus a one-page automation roadmap (what to automate first, second, and later); everything in Standard, plus a testing plan (how to test each workflow with 3 sample cases before going live) and an error-handling note; 2 revision rounds.
Buyer must provide: (1) the workflow or workflows to automate, in plain words: what comes in, what should happen, and what the result should be; (2) the tools they already use (or are willing to use), and any tool they must not use; (3) 1-2 real examples of the work today (redacted: no passwords, no payment details, no full card or bank numbers); (4) anything that must always need a human check before it goes out (for example payments, refunds, contracts, or deletions).
This service will NOT: log in to the buyer's tools, CRM, email, or marketplace accounts, connect anything for them, or change any setting, integration, or automation in their accounts; send mail, messages, invoices, or payments for the buyer, or approve, refund, or delete anything for them; promise a time saving, a cost saving, or a sales result — the blueprint shows the steps and the checks, and the buyer tests it with sample cases before going live; use unredacted private data — anything sensitive must be redacted by the buyer before sending, and unredacted payment or login details sent by mistake are not used and are not stored.
