Alopecia Journal

One of the only pieces of advise I received from dermatology when I was diagnosed with alopecia was to write down how I was feeling. There was no-one around me who could relate to what I was going through and writing down my thoughts really helped me. Over the years journaling has offered me space to analyse my feelings, recognising days which are bad and what lead them to be. By writing about your feelings each day you could begin to see your triggers, or you’d be able to process the emotions you’re feeling.
I find that using specific prompts helps focus my mind and this is what I hope this alopecia journal helps you with.
September is alopecia awareness month so for the whole of the month I will be donating 15% of all sales to Alopecia UK.
