Mestre Dudu - As Paradinhas da Nao Existe Mais Quente (PDF)

‘Não Existe Mais Quente’ is the nickname of one of the most famous baterias of Rio’s carnival, the Mocidade Independente de Padre Miguel’s bateria. Mestre Dudu has been in charge of this bateria since 2012. This book has seven breaks and one ‘esquenta’ transcribed for musical notation. For each break transcribed there is the score, with the instruments stacked and after that the parts for each instrument. You can buy it as an ebook or as a hardcover book. In the ebook, at the beginning of each score, there is a link to a video of the bateria playing this break in Sapucaí, and also an audio with the break played in the studio with the metronome in a slightly more cadenced tempo so that the reader can understand where the break is in relation to the beat. For each instrument score, there is an audio of the instrument playing its part on top of the metronome for the reader's full understanding.
